RISING manufactures to customer specification as well as to catalogue. The manufacturing base supports custom requirements alongside consistent quality and international supply, and the refractory brick family covers custom shapes. Development normally starts from an existing grade and is confirmed against the operating conditions before production.
What the Solution Covers
Custom development here means supply to your specification, and the page is deliberately limited to what the company’s own documentation supports.

In practice a custom requirement rarely starts from nothing. Seventy-six of the seventy-seven catalogue products are specified across named grades, so the usual route is to identify the nearest specified grade and work from there against your operating conditions. The quality, environmental and safety management systems are certified for the production of refractory materials, with castables and precast blocks named in the certified scope. Granted utility-model patents are published below with their certificates.
