International business development began in 2011. By 2021, refractory products were being supplied to customers across Europe, the Americas, Africa, Oceania, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
RISING REFRACTORY takes part in international industry exhibitions and customer meetings, where refractory materials, applications and project requirements are discussed directly with buyers and engineers from high-temperature industries.
Buyers and engineers also visit RISING for technical exchanges and factory visits. Enquiries from the Middle East and North Africa are handled from the Zhengzhou headquarters in English, Arabic or French.
