Browsing the site

The site is a set of static pages. Reading it does not require an account, and the site itself sets no cookies while you browse. Like any web server, our hosting provider records standard technical access logs (the address requested, time, response code, browser type and the network address of the request) for security and to keep the service running. These logs are not used to profile visitors.

Quotation and technical enquiry form

When you send a quotation request or a technical enquiry we receive the information you enter: your name, company, country, email address and/or WhatsApp or telephone number, the product or material, quantity, application or equipment, operating conditions, dimensions, destination, the message text, and any files you attach (up to 5 files of 10 MB each, 25 MB in total). The form also records the page the request was sent from and, where the browser provides it, the page you came from, so we understand which product or industry you were looking at.

We use these details only to evaluate and respond to your request:

• The request is sent by email from our web server to our sales mailbox through our hosting provider's mail service. Attachments travel with that email; the website does not keep a copy of them.
• If you gave an email address, an acknowledgement is sent to it automatically. It contains no marketing and asks for nothing further.
• Our sales and technical team reads the request, prepares a quotation or answer and may contact you by the channel you provided. Your details are not sold, and they are not used for advertising or added to a newsletter list.
• The server keeps a short technical log line for each submission (product, country, number of files, outcome — no names, messages or attachments) and a short-lived rate-limit record derived from a hashed network address to prevent abuse. Both are removed in the ordinary course of log rotation.
• While you type, the browser keeps a draft of the form in its own session storage so a reload does not lose your text. That draft stays on your device and is cleared when the tab is closed or the request is sent.

Please do not attach documents that contain other people's personal data unless you are entitled to share them. Enquiry emails and their attachments are kept in our sales mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and in line with our record-keeping obligations.

If you choose “Send via WhatsApp” instead, or open any WhatsApp link on the site, the message is composed in WhatsApp on your device and sent under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Live chat

Some pages offer a “Chat with sales” button on larger screens. The chat is provided by tawk.to, a third-party service. Nothing from tawk.to is loaded, and no cookie from it is set, until you press that button. If you do, tawk.to loads its widget, sets its own cookies to keep the conversation open, and processes the messages you type on its servers under its own privacy policy. We see the page you were on and the language of the site you were using so the team can help; we do not receive anything else about you unless you type it.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure page views and interactions such as clicks on quotation, WhatsApp, telephone and e-mail buttons. Nothing from Google Analytics is loaded, and no analytics cookie is set, before you choose “Accept analytics”; if you decline instead of accepting, or make no choice, nothing is loaded. After you accept, the tool may set its own analytics cookies to tell visits apart. This website never sends names, email addresses, message text or attachments into its analytics events, and never grants advertising consent on your behalf; Google processes the data the tool receives under its own terms.

Your choice is kept in your browser as a single setting (not a cookie) and can be changed below. Withdrawing it takes effect immediately on this website: the site stops sending analytics events, signals to the tool that analytics consent has been withdrawn, and removes the analytics cookies it can see.

Links to other services

The site links to services we do not operate: our profiles on Alibaba.com and Made-in-China.com, our LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram pages, a 360° factory tour hosted on 720yun, and WhatsApp. Opening these links takes you to those services, which apply their own privacy terms. Documents such as certificates and patents are plain files served from this site.

Photographs

Photographs of exhibitions and customer visits are published as company material. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, write to the address above and we will take it down.

Your rights and how to reach us

Under the data-protection law that applies to you, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a particular use. Write to the privacy contact above; we answer as quickly as we can and within any period the applicable law sets. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
