Product overview

The submerged entry nozzle protects molten steel from oxidation as it flows from the tundish into the mold, distributes the steel evenly into the mold and controls the flow state in the mold. It has good slag resistance, prevents clogging, gives long life and a low accident rate.

Body grades JSK55 to JSK40 and zirconia–carbon slag line grades Z75 to Z55 are specified below.
