Products & Selection

What refractory products does RISING manufacture?

RISING REFRACTORY manufactures refractory bricks, monolithic refractories (castables, ramming materials and mortars), ceramic fiber products, thermal insulation materials, silicon carbide products, steelmaking refractories, refractory raw materials and carbon and graphite products. The website catalogue currently publishes 80 products across 8 product families, each with its technical table. Production takes place at the group’s three manufacturing facilities in Henan, China.

How do I choose the right refractory material?

Start from the equipment, not from the product list. RISING reviews the equipment, the lining zone and the operating conditions first, then proposes suitable material types from the catalogue product families, and continues past the material type into the specific grade. A refractory lining is normally built in layers, with a working layer, a permanent layer and an insulation layer supplied from different product families, so the right material depends on the position in the lining as well as on the process.

How material selection works

Can RISING recommend a refractory grade for my application?

Yes. Send the application and the operating conditions and the technical team reviews them before any material is proposed. The recommendation names the material type and the grade, and comes with a structured quotation and the documentation needed to evaluate it. Refractory selection is also documented by industry on this website, covering the equipment and operating zones typical of each sector.

Can I send my existing specification for review?

Yes. Grade and specification review is part of the technical support offered to buyers, and drawings and specifications are accepted with an enquiry. Attach the specification to the quotation request, or send it by email, and it is compared against the catalogue grades and the operating conditions you describe.

Send a specification for review

What information should I provide for material selection?

The following information is useful: product / material requirement, application / equipment, quantity, dimensions / drawings, technical specification / TDS, destination country / port. The equipment and the lining zone matter most, because the same vessel can take a different material in each zone. Missing something? Send what you have; the rest is asked for during technical review.

Technical Information

Can I request a technical data sheet?

Yes. Published technical tables cover every catalogue product, and a data sheet for a specific grade, quantity or service condition is issued by the technical team on request. Technical data sheets are supplied with the quotation, so specifications can be checked before ordering. Use the quotation form with the data-sheet request option, or ask by email or WhatsApp.

Request TDS

Are product technical values available before ordering?

Yes. Each of the 80 published products carries a technical data table on its product page, with the grades the product is specified in. A value not stated in company documentation is left out rather than estimated. For a grade or condition not covered by the table, request a data sheet with the enquiry.

Can I send furnace drawings or specifications?

Yes. Drawings and specifications are accepted with an enquiry. The quotation form on the contact page sends the request and the attached files directly to the sales team from the page; accepted formats are PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, DWG, DXF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, up to 5 files of 10 MB each. Drawing and specification review is provided where supported, and dimensions or drawings are part of the standard quotation checklist.

What operating information should I provide?

Describe the equipment and the lining zone, the operating temperature, the atmosphere, the dimensions or drawing, the quantity and the delivery destination. Service conditions are reviewed before any material is proposed, so the more precisely the process is described, the more directly the grade can be matched. The quotation form has fields for grade, quantity, application or equipment and operating temperature.

How the enquiry is reviewed

Custom Requirements

Can RISING manufacture custom refractory shapes?

Yes. Custom shapes are part of the refractory brick family, the largest family in the catalogue, which covers multiple material systems for steel, cement, glass, nonferrous, power and industrial furnace applications. Dimensions or drawings for the shape are sent with the enquiry and confirmed against the operating conditions before production.

Custom refractory development

Can RISING supply products to a customer specification?

Yes. RISING manufactures to customer specification as well as to catalogue. Development normally starts from an existing catalogue grade, which is matched to the requirement and then confirmed against the operating conditions before production. The manufacturing base supports custom requirements alongside consistent quality and international supply.

Discuss a custom requirement

Can I provide dimensions or drawings for custom bricks?

Yes. Dimensions and drawings are part of the standard quotation checklist and can be attached to the enquiry. Drawing formats such as DWG and DXF are accepted alongside PDF and image files. The drawing is reviewed together with the operating conditions so the shape and the grade are confirmed at the same time.

Can I request a quotation by WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp sales is available on +86 135 2358 2917. The quotation form can also send the same request through WhatsApp instead of email. WhatsApp suits a first question, a photograph of the lining or a quick availability check; drawings and specifications are best sent by email.

Can I request a quotation for multiple products?

Yes. Select the main product in the quotation form and list the other products, grades and quantities in the message field, or send the complete list by email. Where the products form one lining, describe the equipment and the lining zones, so the working, permanent and insulation layers can be quoted together as a structured quotation suitable for tendering.
